Sally’s Pigeons was initially released in 1993 on Cyndi Lauper’s Hat Full of Stars Album. The song details a childhood friend dying from a back-alley abortion. After the 2022 overturning of Roe v. Wade, Cyndi Lauper recorded and released Sally’s Pigeons (Redux 2022).
I worked as an animator on the official lyric video as a Neon Zoo Animation Studio Intern.
